Project Overview

Urban Mining Company has developed a new, 108,055-square-foot technology manufacturing facility, including 12,169-square-foot second-floor mezzanine, located on a 10-acre site within the San Marcos, Texas extraterritorial jurisdiction.

The building will house specialized, custom process and testing equipment for sintering and reconstituting magnets, in addition to administrative offices, reception, R&D, and break and wellness areas on the second-floor mezzanine. The entire facility will be air-conditioned and provided with full IT, electronics, and life safety features.
